Treatment of drip irrigation blockage

(1) Pretreatment of drip irrigation water.
This is the most cost-effective way to prevent clogging, and the tighter the pretreatment, the less physical clogging will occur. According to the water quality and flow rate, wire mesh is used as 3 trash racks at the water intake of the pump. The number of trash racks installed varies from small to large, ranging from 10 to 50, to block suspended sediment and debris. Or introduce the river water into the reservoir, set aside the sediment after sedimentation, and cover it to avoid light to prevent the entry of debris and the reproduction of algae.
(2) Reasonably install the filter system and drip irrigation pipe.
In the first part, according to the pretreated water quality, sand and gravel filters, lamination filters, screen filters or combined use should be installed separately for filtration treatment, and the water quality can generally reach the use standard of drip irrigation water. If a small flow screen filter is installed after the shed head valve for secondary filtration treatment, the safety performance of the drip irrigation system against clogging can be greatly improved. When the drip irrigation pipe is installed in the field, the drip hole on the drip irrigation pipe is upward, which can make a small amount of impurities in the water settle at the bottom of the pipe and prevent the root system from invading the drip irrigation hole.
(3) Correctly use drip irrigation for fertilization.
One is to use soluble fertilizer, and the fertilizer applicator must be installed before the filter. Second, the filtration equipment of the drip irrigation system can be fertilized only when the filtration equipment is normal. After fertilization, the system should be rinsed with clean water for about 15-30 minutes to prevent the remaining fertilizer in the pipeline from settling.
(4) Regularly flush the drip irrigation pipe and clean the filter.
When the newly installed drip irrigation pipe is used for the first time, the plug at the end of the drip irrigation pipe should be opened, and the water should be fully flushed, and the impurities in the pipe should be rinsed before use. Generally, the drip irrigation should be rinsed again after 5 times of use. Always check the filter before watering, turn on the filter backwash device to decontaminate, and remove the impurities accumulated on the filter screen in time to prevent the filter from clogging. If the filter screen is damaged, it should be replaced in time.
(5) Chemical anti-blocking.
If chemical blockage such as fertilizer occurs in drip irrigation, acid cleaning can be carried out if necessary, which can simultaneously achieve the effect of disinfection, inhibition and elimination of algae and microorganisms in the water. Acids such as perchloric acid, nitric acid, and sulfuric acid are commonly used. When using, adjust the pH value to 5.5-6.0. The concentration must be strictly controlled to avoid harm to crops. When cleaning the acid solution, pay attention to reducing the irrigation pressure of the system to slow down the flow rate and improve the effect of acid cleaning, and then rinse with clean water after the end. This method is easy to cause soil acidification, it is recommended to use it with caution!
